Bunch of blogs are reporting that Arsene has been talking to Gokhan Inler, a Swiss central midfielder, currently at Udinese. It would be a typical Arsenal signing, right -- some guy you've never heard of for not that much money. Going price is apparently £5 million, which also sounds about right. AGH. We have the money, why can't we for once go out and get someone that's proven? I want Alonso!

I am very worried about the upcoming season, and that's assuming Rosicky's hamstrings make it all the way through. Not good.

UPDATE: I'm now reading that he is actually very good and was a standout Swiss player at the Euros - even that he was the best player on the team. Okay then. That's something.
